is a gentle yoga style which enhances health and happiness. So if you are interested in keeping (or getting) your body strong and flexible and your mind sunny, it might be worth a try. And it’s fun. Luna Yoga is for normal people, you needn’t be able to put your foot behind your head to join our classes.
Most of the Luna Yoga teachers live in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, some in France and Czechia. And in Summer 2016, Luna Yoga has jumped onto the island, with sessions in the Sligo area! Dr. Barbara Boetsch, Luna Yoga teacher trainer with more than 25 years of experience in teaching yoga, has fallen in love with the beautiful West Coast and the crazy people there and as she likes travelling, you can invite her also to other places in Ireland. Just drop a line on We want u here! and organize a workshop with her in your area or enrole for the newsletter to have an ear on the ground. We are planning more workshops for the future and there is the possibility for private lessons too.
There will be Luna Yoga classes, workshops and private sessions in Dublin and in the Sligo area in 2018, please ask for the dates.
Looking forward to seeing you 🙂 Barbara
